Sewer Service Rate Adjustment Notice

Effective March 18, 2026, the Pleasant View Water & Sanitation District will implement a $3.00 
monthly increase to the sewer service rate.

Current Monthly Rate: $22.25 New Monthly Rate: $25.25

This adjustment supports essential system maintenance, regulatory compliance, and ongoing 
infrastructure improvements necessary to ensure reliable wastewater service for all customers.

The updated rate will appear on bills issued after March 18, 2026.
